1919 File dated photograph of infielder Swede Risberg from the Chicago Black Sox and issued at the exact time he was throwing games in the World Series for gamblers. Despite a single crease and pinholes from editorial use, the photo is clear and bold. One of the few images of Risberg that actually dates to the famous 1919 World Series we have ever handled and it comes with stamps and a full paper caption as well. Photo was originally part of a large image that also had Chic Gandil.
