Large 1927 photograph of Hall of Famer Dazzy Vance pledging to his manager Wilbert Robinson that despite a miserable 1926 season, he would rebound and do better in the upcoming campaign. Vance would indeed do better, but the Dodgers as a team would do worse. The photo is bold and date stamped on the back with the entire newspaper caption from when this image was used in publication also glued to the back. A cool image picturing two Hall of Famers that we have never seen before.
