Incredible large portrait photo of Cleveland Indians young star Riggs Stephenson in full uniform and wearing a black arm band (possibly from 1920 before he played a game in the major leagues). He was a star football player and had some talent, but he would become a huge star with a lifetime .336 batting average! This is possibly the earliest Stephenson image in the hobby (if it is from 1920) but even if it is from 1922 it is one of the earliest in the hobby. Photo has some pinholes and creasing from editorial use but the quality of the image itself is strong and clear.
