1930 Impressive batting photograph of young Philadelphia Athletics slugger Jimmie Foxx. Taken at field level with a photographer risking his life for the perfect shot, this is stamped on the back from the International News and presents in nice shape overall with some editorial marks from publication. The stamp on the back with note to "King Features" is typical of a mid 1940's mark meaning this was issued about 15 years after the original was taken and is still a nearly eighty year old specimen.
