1927 Yankees George Pipgras photograph in full uniform and pitching the ball. He was one of the most unknown stars of the team, posting a 10-3 record (the highest winning percentage on the team). The offered large image is in nice condition overall with note to a few light pinholes and his body having been artistically traced by the newspaper in 1927. Beautiful image and dated during the famous 1927 season! Reverse has stamps from NEA and Acme.
