Lot Description  

c. 1927 Studio quality portrait photo of Hall of Famer Al Simmons from the Philadelphia Athletics taken at the ballpark and issued through Underwood and Underwood. Large and bold with perfect clarity, this for the collector or investor who wants the best! While not conclusive either way, there is a very good chance considering the year (c. 1927) and the fact that this was issued by Underwood and Underwood that this is the work of Charles Conlon!
