1926 Rare photograph of a crime in progress between rival gangs in Illinis at the height of the Al Capone era. Taken by flashlight through a window, the image is one of the earliest of it's type known to exist. The man in the foreground has a gun in the back of a man while the masked man in the doorway is covering the joint with a tommy gun! One of the coolest pieces of gangster era photography we have ever seen.
