1910's Silver gelatin photograph of New York City taken from an early airplane and showing the East River and the bridges connecting the city to the mainland. One of the earliest aerial photographs of the city showing the East River we have handled, this was from a large portfolio of "New York Views" found in the archives of Underwood and Underwood with the number on the corner corresponding to the negative. Offered here for the first time ever and likely a unique piece of art!
