1926 Full body photograph of Hall of Fame executive and umpire Billy Evans. He started out as one of the youngest and most effective arbiters in the history of the game, but eventually took the job as the head man of the Cleveland Indians. A rarely photographed Hall of Famer, this is as good as it gets as the image captures Evans during his prime and is stamped on the back from NEA (the next year 1927).
