1910 Sweeping silver gelatin photograph of the Atlantic City Boardwalk at the height of it's fame. Crystal clear and bold, there are women wearing classic white summer gowns of the Victorian era and men dressed to the nines despite being a hot summer day. It is interesting to note there is a section roped off that looks like perhaps a beauty pageant and also several black men and women integrating the photo at the lower left corner. One of the better images of boardwalk we have seen and offered here for the first time ever fresh out of the archives of Underwood and Underwood.
