April 11, 1947 important photograph of Jackie Robinson making his debut as a full fledged member of the Brooklyn Dodgers (no longer a minor leaguer playing games in spring training) and meeting his manager Clyde Sukeforth as well as two teammates competing with him for the first base job who look less than thrilled (Ed Stevens and Howie Schultz). The original wire caption notes that Jackie was making his debut. One of the most important moments in the career of Robinson and in many ways, it all started here, not his actual major league debut a few days later! Photo is in great shape and it comes with a full letter from PSA as well! This is the only example of this image we have ever seen and we are proud to offer it to the general public!
