The 1929 Kashin baseball card set includes 101 cards, but at some point it was supposed to be bigger and this card is proof. It pictures Wally Gilbert of the St. Louis Cardinals and although he was never included in the set, this is the mock up for his card complete with ink name and signature all ready for a baseball card that would never be made. A cool piece of sports card history, this is also an original Charles Conlon photo which is signed on the back making double nice!
