Lot Description  

Rare 1927 photograph of the greatest Third Baseman of all time, Pie Traynor in uniform for the Pirates and fielding a ball. Taken during the iconic 1927 season in which the Pirates would make it to the World Series, this is a quality image in nice shape with one pinhole and some artistic tracing of the image. Issued by Acme, stamped on the back and easily one of the best Traynor images you will ever find.
