1926 Batting photograph of a teenage rookie who was spending some time with the New York Giants, Mel Ott. A VERY early image of the Hall of Famer, it is dated in pencil on the back and this uniform style was obsolete after 1927! The image is crystal clear and despite a small spot of wear on the lower right and a bit of handling wear it presents beautifully. This is the only 1926 image of Ott we have offered and one of his greatest we have ever seen!
