1913 Detailed and clear extreme portrait photograph of star Chicago White Sox pitcher Eddie Cicotte in uniform at the ballpark. Stamped on the back by photographer Paul Thompson and in great shape (black spot is a flaw in the negative and not damage to this image) this was taken about six years before Cicotte led a group of ballplayers t throw the World Series and cement his place in the history books, for all the wrong reasons! This is his finest image we have handled and one of the earliest as well, this one would fit right in to even the most advanced collection!
