Incredible photograph from October 6, 1934 showing perhaps the greatest team in baseball history, the Pittsburgh Crawford's in uniform and posing at Yankee Stadium. Among the stars of this team include Josh Gibson, Satchel Paige, Cool Papa Bell, Judy Johnson and others. While this is a "Vintage 3(b)" which would translate to a PSA "Type 4" this is still a c. 1950's example that presents and feels like a 1930's original! One of the only examples of this photo in any form, this is a ultra rare piece of history that was issued while many teams were still segregated in the major leagues!
