Original 1964 previously unknown and never before seen portrait style photo of astronaut Virgil "Gus" Grissom. Taken by a local New Orleans newspaper photographer and stamped on the back, this is an exciting image that has never been offered for sale before! Condition and quality make this a perfect 10/10! Grissom would of course tragically die a few years after this image was taken, making it a special piece of space exploration history!
