Lot Description  

1936 Beautiful silver gelatin photograph of young MGM star Judy Garland, all fourteen years of her, singing into the microphone as part of her latest role in "Broadway Melody of 1938". Taken three years before she became an icon as Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz", this is stamped on the back by MGM photographer Virgil Apger and in great shape, this is one of her finest early images we have ever seen!
