1928 Photograph of Charles "Red" Ruffing who at the time was a pretty bad pitcher for the Boston Red Sox. He is pictured in Boston Red Sox uniform here in this photograph but the image was reused in 1932 to highlight Ruffing in the upcoming World Series. Interesting that the photographers from Acme would use a 1928 image when Ruffing would LOSE 25 games with the Red Sox to highlight how good he was in 1932 with the Yankees. Condition is quite nice and this was issued by Acme and with a full paper caption on the back.
