1911 Double weight portrait photograph of Harry Hooper from the Boston Red Sox in full uniform. One of the rarest players to find images of, this is his finest we have ever seen! A handwritten note on the back indicates that he was from Redlands, California indicating he was a relative unknown at the time. The quality of the image is fantastic with exceptional depth and clarity combined with a tremendous placement of the figure within the frame. A small rip on the far left side and a crease on the lower right are the only flaws worth mentioning and this is the only example of this photograph known.
