1934 Photograph of Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig visiting some sick kids in a New York hospital and it so happened their friend Rabbit Maranville was laid up in the same place! Ruth and Gehrig stand in the background with teammate Sam Byrd wishing the best to Maranville and two small children who were too ill to even get out of their beds or sit up straight. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a full paper caption making this one of the best of its kind we have seen and the only example of this particular photo we have ever seen!
