Great image of Native American catcher Chief Meyers at bat for the New York Giants. Great period notation on back states "hardest slugging catcher in the Nat. League." Very nice early image of Meyers with September 1912 date stamp clearly visible on back. Also important to note the original Cincinnati photographer stamp of J. R. Schmidt also being present on back. There are several peripheral pinholes present but they aren't very distracting when looking at the image.
