Iconic 1962 photograph of President John F. Kennedy as he spends a moment alone in the White House with the person whose advice he trusted more than anyone in world, his brother Robert. Taken during the height of tensions surrounding the Cuban Missile Crisis, this is one of the more enduring and dramatic images of Kennedy's tenure as President of the United States. Issued by the Associated Press and released in 1965, the image presents pretty well but it has a crease on the lower left and a small rip on the far right.
