1957 Beautiful photograph of Gordie Howe with the Detroit Red Wings and used to make his 1957 Topps hockey card. Collecting the original photographs used to make popular Trading Cards is a hot trend right now. While finding a Baseball Card image is not that difficult, Hockey Card original photographs are extremely rare. Large photo is one of the greatest hockey images of the 1950's! This photo is an early 1980's re-strike making it barely within the limits for a "vintage 3" but still a 30-40 year old example with "This Paper manufactured by Kodak" on the back. Crystal clear and a crazy clear specimen off the original negative!
