George Sisler is often forgotten when talking about the greatest hitters of all time, but he certainly belongs in the conversation somewhere. This image from the opening game at Yankee Stadium for the 1924 season shows Sisler (The 1922 MVP) on a level playing field with the great Babe Ruth (The 1923 MVP) as the two shake hands before the battle.
