1940 Poignant photograph of the dead body of Russian revolutionary Leon Trotsky as it lay in Mexico City. For years he had been hunted down by Josef Stalin and his thugs and was finally tracked down and beaten to death with a pickaxe. Issued by the Acme and stamped on the back, this is the only example of this particular photograph we have ever seen.
