1931 Large sweeping photograph of new speed boats that were put into service around Detroit where most of the illegal liquor was coming into America from Canada. Image shows thirteen of these crafts ready to bust the smugglers trying to get the alcohol into the speakeasies of the era. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back, this is a nice looking photo with a few creases being the only flaws.
