The 1932 Yankees were quite a team and their outfield was one of the best of all time. Led by Babe Ruth and fellow Hall of Famer Earle Combs, they also boasted young superstar Ben Chapman as well. The trio are seen here on the dugout steps in the waning days of the regular season as they prepared for their World Series matchup with the Chicago Cubs. Ruth would once again take center stage and his "called shot" a few weeks later is still the stuff of legends.
