1925 Photograph of baseball Hall of Famer George Kelly as he appears in uniform with a west coast Professional Basketball League along with two other teammates. A rare photo in uniform, this was also the center of quite the controversy at the time as the boys were set to play basketball with Jimmy O'Connell who was banned from baseball and Judge Landis announced anyone who played with him would be suspended! A rare piece of photography from the early days of professional basketball and with some superstar baseball players to boot! Issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a paper caption that is coming loose but still present.
