Perhaps the most famous photograph of Pancho Villa ever taken is this 1914 image by photographer John Davidson Wheelan as the outlaw and revolutionary leads his troops to the front for another confrontation. Photo is a large example from 1925 which is relating the greatest images of Pathe News over the last 15 years with this being one of their key pieces! Large and bold, this is one of the few pre-war examples of this photo we have ever seen and it presents beautifully from only 11 years after it was snapped.
