Large and extremely early (c. 1965) photograph of Cassius Clay in fighting pose. Identified on the back "Cassius Clay" this is an early photograph as he changed his name around 1964 (although some Sports Writers still called him Clay for a short while). This is a well known fight pose and the offered example displays well with some light creasing at the bottom from news-room handling. One of the finer early Clay images we have handled.
