Lot Description  

1935 Large photograph of Heavyweight legend Joe Louis as he battles Primo Carnera on his way to the top of the boxing world. He would win this bout by TKO and about one year later (almost to the day) he would take the Heavyweight Championship away from James J. Braddock. Stamped on the back by the International News and in great shape overall, this is a rare photo taken from almost inside the ring!
