1919 World Series dated photograph of Black Sox Gambler Fred McMullen in full uniform for the Chicago White Sox. Detailed and large, this is by noted early photo-journalist Jun Fujita and stamped on the back. Condition is quite nice and the photo is a haunting reminder of the 1919 World Series gambling scandal. A stamp from Jun Fujita himself makes any photo special but a dated 1919 World Series image of one of the gamblers taken by one of the most celebrated early photo-journalists in history is quite a combination!
