1934 Important photograph of Adolf Hitler wearing a long overcoat and traditional hat (civilian clothes) as he arrived in Rome for his FIRST EVER meeting with Benito Mussolini. Taken from early in both men's ascension to power, this would set the tone for an alliance that changed the world and launched everyone into WWII only a few years later. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back, the photo has some additional paper that partially obscures the stamp but in general it presents well. There is a crease on the right side.
