During spring training of 1937 the Indians and Giants travelled together and played exhibition games. Young flamethrower Bob Feller, fresh out of high school, was the star of the show. One man was not impressed though as Dick Bartell announced "Feller is not so fast". However, here he is seen striking out against the youngster and Bartell would strike-out 15 times in 19 trips to the plate against Feller! A rare aerial photograph from early in his career, this is a majestic piece of baseball photography featuring the best young pitcher of all time!
