Jake Daubert could easily be in the Baseball Hall of Fame (and probably should be). With over 2300 hits and two batting titles, his numbers are certainly there. Had he not died tragically in 1924, he would have been a shoe in! The offered double weight photograph (might have been a postcard) pictures Daubert with Memphis of the Southern Association in 1909 before he ever saw a pitch in the Major leagues. Extremely rare and early photograph is the nicest Daubert image on the Planet and a completely unique example!
