Lot Description  

1929 Photograph of Arnold Rothstein the notorious gambler who threw the World Series in 1919 and was murdered shortly after this photo was taken. Image shows Rothstein during happier times along with his girlfriend Inez Norton as they relaxed on the back in New York. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well, images of Rothstein are rare and this is one we have never seen before.
