Lot Description  

Original c. 1920 portrait photograph of Mexican bandit Pancho Villa. Issued by the International News, this is a silver gelatin image with exceptional clarity and completely original. Photo has one crease on the upper portion from editorial use in a newspaper but it is a quality image of one of the most important figures of the early 20th century. Stamped on the back with the date of 1923.
