Large and beautiful c. 1969 pitching photograph of a young Tom Seaver as he paused during the pinnacle of his windup to the plate. While the "Amazin Mets" were a complete team it was Seaver more than anyone who put the team on his back and carried them to the promised land. He ended up with a 25-7 record overall and walked away with his first Cy Young award to go along with the World Series ring. This is a clear and bold image that presents in great condition! One of the best early images of Seaver we have ever seen.
