1956 International News photograph of Brooklyn Dodgers bonus baby Sandy Koufax as he shows off his high leg kick for coach Joe Becker at Vero Beach during spring training. One of the earliest images of Koufax in action we have seen, he was not yet a star and images of him from early in his career are tough to find with this being one of the best we have ever handled. Mounted to thick board for publication (which can be removed) this is stamped on the back with the date and although the image has some creasing, it presents beautifully with exceptional clarity!
