Perhaps the greatest portrait shot of Dodgers catcher Roy Campanella we have ever seen or offered. The image is dated to 1951 as that year the Dodgers wore the small diamond shaped patch seen on Campy's left sleeve. The clouds in the background almost make it seem like Campanella is floating. Only minor wear overall. The photo has a nice "Brooklyn National League Baseball Club" stamp on the back and it presents here nearly perfectly!
