Large 1928 photograph of Hall of Famer manager Miller Huggins and Cardinals slugger Rogers Hornsby in uniform before the start of the World Series. A fine image as it would be the last series for Huggins who would tragically pass away after the season and one of the few times these two posed together for a photo. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back, the photo presents well with a little edge chipping.
