1924 Silver gelatin photograph of baseball royalty Ty Cobb in full uniform shown shaking hands with a fellow veteran during spring training. While Cobb is all smiles, he appears to be guarding his bat and holding it back like someone is out to steal it! An interesting image with some unique body language, this is a completely original example that presents well with note to a few creases and the photo was glued to thicker board for publication by the newspaper.
