Large 1910's portrait photograph of 1919 Black Sox manager Kid Gleason in uniform with the team that would launch him into baseball history. Taken by photographer Charles Conlon and with his handwritten notes and a stamp on the back, this is perhaps his greatest photograph ever taken! The photo looks wonderful but it does have a small rip and some corner chipping which keeps the technical grade down despite it looking amazing. In our opinion, this is the finest image ever taken of Gleason!
