1936 Double weight photograph of the New York Yankees in uniform and taken during spring training. Included in the photo are young rookie Joe DiMaggio and a veteran standing right over his shoulder, as if to symbolize that he had his back, veteran Lou Gehrig. A fantastic silver gelatin original, this is from the estate of Christy Walsh and comes with a letter of provenance, this is in nice shape overall grading nearly perfect.
