Large 1917 George Grantham Bain photograph of the Chicago White Sox team in uniform. While the 1919 White Sox get all the accolades, this squad actually won the World Series and is an undervalued crew considering how much the 1919 images sell for. A beautiful vintage example that appears to have been developed in the 1930's (10-15 years after the original) this shows Joe Jackson and the other members of the team in full uniform. The photo has some chipping at the corners but the quality is quite nice and this is a nice alternative to a $5000 original example!
