Stunning 1904 silver gelatin studio portrait photograph of Hall of Famer Jake Beckley from the St. Louis Cardinals in uniform. Used for baseball cards and publications, this was taken by noted photographer Carl Horner and it is the only example of this image we have ever seen. Absolutely breathtaking, this is as good as early baseball photography gets!
