Large and beautiful 1904 silver gelatin portrait photograph of forgotten star pitcher of the Chicago White Sox Frank Owen. He was a three time 20 game winner from 1904-1906 and was a key member of the famous 1906 team that won the World Series. Condition and quality are both absolutely beautiful with this being one of the only images of him we have ever seen! Taken by famous photographer Carl Horner, this is an absolutely killer piece of early baseball photography!
