Original 1903 portrait photograph of popular outfielder John Anderson from the St. Louis Browns in uniform. His most famous image ever taken, this is the work of photographer Carl Horner and is the only original example we have ever seen. Used for a number of baseball cards including his Breisch Williams, Ramly and Rose postcard, this is a vintage original that has been artfully painted and mounted by an artist at a newspaper 115 years ago for publication.
