1931 Photograph of the most famous of all gangsters Al "Scarface" Capone as he appeared in court and was surrounded by attorneys. Of all the horrific crimes committed by Capone, he would finally be nabbed this year for failing to pay his taxes and "Scarface" would only be free for a little while after this photo was taken. A spectacular example in fine condition issued by the International Newsreel and stamped on the back, this is without a doubt one of the finest images of Capone we have ever offered and it remains here in pretty nice shape and a rare large format!
